Beware 'Machine' Translations

Avoid expensive and embarrassing errors with “free” online translators. Mistakes will cost you money and damage your reputation.

The web is a great place to find resources, including access to “machine” translations. We’ve provided a link to Google’s translating feature to help you translate simple text such as an email from a friend in Germany, or a quick word into Japanese. We don’t however, encourage you to use these automatic translators for any of your more important translating needs such as marketing materials, manuals, and especially anything of a legal nature.
